This café review has been circulating for the past few months in major social media channel. I yet to have chance to try it until today as I need to meet my friend for brunch in Kepong area. Therefore, I suggest to her to visit this café this time. We reached around 11.30am morning and parking is easily accessible. The café was segregated into two section, bakery and dining area. I was very lucky as I do not need to wait for table even though the café was full at the time. Quite good business though.Since this is my brunch, I would like to have a breakfast set instead. Truffle Oil Mushroom and Scrambled Egg with Bread RM13.80. Portion is quite decent, consist of mini Harsh brown, shitake mushroom, salad, scramble egg, baked bean and toast. To wrap up the overall dining experience, ambiance was very cosy moreover the interior design was beautiful. Taste wise was very normal, staffs were very attentive but the foods took ages to come. I would rate 6 out of 10 as whole experience.
Never underestimate the influence of social media, as everything can go viral with one click these days. Being one of the highly talked about café in town, we were attracted by its light bulb fruit juices. Quirky and unique, we made our way to Kepong. The café is located at Bandar Manjalara, nearby Tesco Hypermarket within the ground floor of Wisma Fiamma to be precise. From what I heard, the staff’s service was pretty bad, perhaps due to the lack of experience in handling huge amount of customers since they are on the “must visit café list” recently. There is also a bakery next to it which serves a variety of bread choices, owned by the same owner. So many choices to choose from, we were so excited. When our juice arrives, everyone was so busy with taking pictures that they have forgotten to taste it. In fact, the juice was really fresh and cooling since it was placed in a cold water immersion to maintain its coldness. As for our meal, it tasted great. Comes with a large portion of sautéed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, hash brown, bread and salad, it was so filling enough to last us throughout the day.
